You can view our award-winning pools and other outdoor features here to see our designs and craftsmanship. By using the following quality-seeking process, we are able to deliver exceptional projects year after year.

This is Our Process:

Initiation:

Call to set up an appointment to discuss your budget, desired features, and the opportunities and challenges of your particular backyard.

After our first meeting, we will email you a custom design and cost estimate. If you see the design and change your mind about specific features, we can redraw it and update the estimate.

Once a design is chosen, both parties will sign a contract, which will move the project to the next phase.

Planning:

During this time, we will work to expedite permits while you pick out specific pool components, such as tile, plaster, and deck finishes. You get to sit back and relax from here while we take care of the rest.

The planning phase is complete once we pass inspections, prep the dig site, and paint out an outline of your pool.

Construction Begins:

  • Excavation
  • Forming of Pool
  • Plumbing of Pool
  • Form Rebar Shell
  • Shell Bonding Inspection
  • Shotcrete Shell
  • Tile, Coping, Water Features
  • Deck Bonding and Pour
  • Installation of Pool Equipment
  • Kitchens, Firepits, and Outdoor Living Constructed
  • Plaster and Fill the Pool
  • Landscaping
  • Deltadecking if Applicable

Closing:

We clean the job site, instruct you on pool equipment & maintenance, and close the contract.

Quality Control:

You'll be given the phone number of your project manager, whom you can contact with any questions or concerns throughout the duration of your pool's construction. We will set up a weekly meeting time for you and the project manager to go over questions and discuss your project.

We will adhere to every city or county inspection applicable to your project and our own set of rigorous quality standards.
